How old do I need to be for services?

Clients must be 18+ for all piercings and cosmetic tattoo services.
Minors may be accommodated with a parent or legal guardian present and completed consent forms.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes — all services are by appointment only to ensure each client receives dedicated time, attention, and a relaxed experience. Walk-ins are not available at this time, so please book in advance to reserve your spot.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows the time to be offered to another client. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
What happens if I miss my appointment?

No-shows or missed appointments without notice may result in:
Loss of any booking fee or deposit
Requirement of a new deposit before future appointments can be scheduled
Repeated no-shows may limit future booking privileges.
Are deposits required?

Some services require a non-refundable booking fee to reserve your appointment. This amount is applied toward your total on the day of your service.
I’m nervous — is that normal?

Absolutely. Whether it’s your first piercing or a cosmetic tattoo, nerves are completely normal. You’re welcome exactly as you are, and everything will be explained before we begin so you can feel comfortable and confident.
Is there anything I can do to prepare for my appointment?

Yes — a little preparation helps ensure the best experience and results. Please arrive well-hydrated and having eaten beforehand, and avoid caffeine prior to your appointment when possible, as it can increase sensitivity.
If you are receiving lash, brow, or cosmetic tattoo services, please arrive with a fresh, clean face free of makeup, skincare, or oils around the treatment area.
